GeoDirectory GeoFindIT - Property Finder
GeoFindIt is a property finder Augmented Reality (AR) app. The AR setting allows users open the app anytime, anywhere to see real-time overlays of house prices, directions and more. Users can check out local property prices with GeoFindIT open on their phone. When the AR setting is open, the app works intuitively, displaying price and direction information for properties in whichever direction the user’s phone is pointing.
GeoDirectory wanted to give their app an upgrade to enhance user experience providing them with as accurate information as possible and as many helpful features as possible. Púca completely redesigned the app to add an AR feature to display property price information in real-time. Integrating data from the Property Price Register ensures users see accurate prices properties sold for from January 2014 to now, as well as see live prices of current property .
In addition to this AR feature, the geo-targeted app provides live property search results, directions, an integrated search function screen (no radius necessary), predefined search filters, and streetview. A drag and drop ‘little helper’ icon helps users plan out a route anywhere in Ireland before getting there.
With the new features such as AR and streamlined search function the app has significantly enhanced their location assets and user experience. In addition to this, the integration of Property Price Register ensures users receive accurate data at all times.
